What we collect

MarketCapCalculator.com collects as little personal data as possible. We do not run user accounts. We do not collect email addresses.

• Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) — rotated after 14 days.
• A first-party consent cookie (mcc_consent) storing your choice for 1 year.

What we may load if you consent

If you click "Accept" on the consent banner, we may additionally load:

• Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) — measures page views, clicks, search, calculator usage, and affiliate link clicks. Google's cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set on your browser with IP anonymization enabled. See Google's privacy policy.
• Google AdSense — serves ads personalised to your browsing history. Google's cookies and advertising policies apply. See Google's ad policy.
• Affiliate links to Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, Robinhood, eToro. Clicking these sets their own tracking cookies. We receive a commission on qualifying sign-ups.

Your rights

EU/UK (GDPR): you have the right to know what we store, request deletion, and withdraw consent. Since we don't collect identifying info beyond anonymised logs, the easiest way to exercise these rights is to change your browser's cookie settings or clear our consent cookie.

California (CCPA): we don't sell personal information. You may exercise rights of access and deletion by contacting us (see below).
